In case there is any issue found in the product, the same can be reported on our number: 9004886101 or write to us at care@mysiroworld.com along with the original invoice copy & serial no. mentioned on the packaging box.

A relevant action will be taken according to the issue reported.

Refund is allowed only in a scenario if a wrong product or a damaged product has been received by the customer ordered via mysiroworld.com which SIRO is unable to repair/replace. The refund will be credited back in the same account/ mode which was used to make the payment. In case of a COD, customer is required to send the bank/online payment details for refund.
